I want to transfer an expired WordPress domain onto Wix

    Hi there,

    My wordpress domain expired a while ago. I would like to have this released or perhaps I can re purchase this so that I can transfer this domain onto my wix website. Although this domain claims to be ‘expired’, when choosing my wix domain it says this domain is still being used.

    How can I fix this as I need to update my wix domain ASAP

    Hi there,

    Are you speaking of the domain, joannapatalot.com?

    That domain is not expired, but was removed from your account after you disputed the last renewal payment via your bank in December last year. That dispute was closed in your favour, and you should already have been refunded by your bank.

    When you dispute a payment we remove all upgrades from your account, and your account is locked pending payment of a chargeback fee.

    If you wish us to restore that domain to your account, first go to https://wordpress.com/checkout/joannapatalot.wordpress.com and pay the fee appearing there.

    Let us know here once you’ve done that, and we’ll send you a link to pay again for the last renewal of the domain. Once we receive that payment we can reactivate the domain.
