  I want to transfer my web page from another provider. but I need to keep email addresses and web address is this possible?

  We’re not able to accept incoming domain transfers on WordPress.com, but you can connect your domain here using the Domain Mapping upgrade included in the Premium Plan:

  Use a Domain You Already Own (Domain Mapping)

  When you map the domain here, you can then also add the MX records required by your email host so any email address connected to your domain will still keep working. But we don’t provide any email hosting ourselves.
