I want to transfer registrar but can't unsuscribe private registration

Hi !
I wish to move my wordpress.com blog to another registrar. I already made everithing for but the transfer does not success:
“The request to transfer the following domain names to another registrar has been denied. The domains currently have Private Registration:”
I followed the tutorial http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/domain-management/
but there is no explanation on how to unsuscribe it.
I looked on domain manager and found that the is a line: Privacy (on)…
Right I got it !! but the problem is that there is no way to change anything, even with the next to “manage” button…Please help me !! May be for you all the process explained before is easy but for me it already took hours

I’m having the same issue. There is no explanation how to do this. I want to transfer the registrar and do not see anything on how to “Unsubscribe Private Registration.”

I’m currently in the process of transferring my domain to Bluehost but i can’t disable my private registration either..Who do I need to get into contact with?

Ataff may need to know (1) what the URL for the domain is and (2) what the underlying .wordpress.com subdomian URL is. Currently your username is linked to a BlueHost page. -

folksyhome, private registration has already been disabled on your domain.
For future reference, everyone should be able to disable their own private registration via Store -> Domains in the blog’s Dashboard. Please try this before contacting us.
