I want to transfer to WordPress.org do I lose my hosting

    Hi all,

    I’m struggling to find on information regarding hosting.

    So I’ve purchased a premium account on WordPress.com, but have found that WordPress.org would be more suitable in the long run.

    Would the hosting be transferred, if I were to transfer my site or would I need to set up hosting with a completely new company?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi –

    On WordPress.com we handle the hosting. If the site is moved away then you would need to find new hosting for it.

    Moving a site to WordPress.org will require that you find a new host.
