  I completed an import from another site I created but I want to un-do the entire thing. I am on the free version and cannot download the reset plugin as advised through a few forums.

  Those forums are about sites using the open source wordpress.org which works different. To empty your site, https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/

  Hi there,

  There’s no way to undo/reverse an import to a WordPress.com site. You can just delete the content you imported, and that has to be done manually.
