  I have a subcriber to my blog but I do not want him/her to follow my blog or receive notifications of new post

  At WordPress.com, the user is in control of their own subscriptions. If you would like to completely block people from viewing or subscribing to your site, you have the option to make the blog private instead.

  I do not want to completely block people from subscribing to my blog. I just want to unsubscribe one person from following my blog. Thanks!
