  I have questions about upgrading.. and I dont mean just a few. First off. Can I get telephone support the way I do at godaddy? If I purchase a $18 a year domain name will that replace my wordpress domain? Can I make webpages here at wordpress from my godaddy accounts? and I have more questions as well.. does wordpress have sales, as in discounts? does wordpress help with site design questions.. ect ect… how can I get a telephone based assistance… How can I trust a forum user to give me accurate information? I have found in the past that not all forum responses are accurate? Does anyone actually work at wordpress or is it 100% automated.? If it is automated only,, how can anyone think that, that is good customer service? As you can see I have a ton of questions..

  All WordPress.com support is offered online. Upgrading to WordPress.com Premium would allow you to access our live chat support.

  If I purchase a $18 a year domain name will that replace my wordpress domain?

  Setting the custom domain as your primary domain will automatically set your .wordpress.com site to load the custom domain.

  Can I make webpages here at wordpress from my godaddy accounts?

  You would create the site from your WordPress.com account.

  does wordpress have sales, as in discounts?
