  I have VISA Global Internationl Debit card of State Bank of India. the Card is already enabled for international transaction but I am unable to process payment over WordPress.com.

  Hi,

  Sorry to hear you are having trouble making a purchase. But you will need to reach out to your financial institution and ask them why the purchase if being declined. I’m afraid they are the ones stopping it.
