    I want to upgrade my account for the site eyeview268282276.wpcomstaging.com for the premium plan but it wont let me. Please help!

    Hi there!

    You can’t upgrade that site to Premium because you had the WordPress.com Business plan before and you used plugins (like WooCommerce, Facebook for WooCommerce, and a few other WooCommerce extensions). Plugins are not allowed below the Business plan. That’s why you must upgrade to the Business plan to be able to reactivate those plugins.

    If you want to proceed with the Premium plan, we can prepare the site by reverting it to how it was before you upgraded it to the Business plan. However, this will remove all content including plugins and custom themes along with any content generated by them (like WooCommerce products).

    We can import some content back (posts, pages, etc.) but anything created by plugins will not be imported.

    Do you want to lose all the plugins and content generated by them and choose the Premium plan or do you want to retain the ability to install plugins and continue using the plugins that are installed on your site?
