I want to upgrade my blog but in my blog dashboard there is no upgrade option?

  I have installed wordpress blog on my website http://www.crowdcapital/blog. Now I want to upgrade my blog but in admin panel there is no option to upgrade the blog.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
