    Why i cant upgrde my site with starter plan but only whi crator plan?

    It seems that your site still retained some of the features of the Creator plan it used to have, which is why you could not upgrade it to the Starter plan.

    I have reverted your site, and now you can upgrade your site to the Starter plan:
