  I want to upload a theme I have but I want to upload it in the free wp. I used to always be able to do it. Now it says I have to pay 300 dollars???? Thats crazy. Please help

  That’s what is necessary if you wish to use a theme that’s really designed for a WordPress.org site here. Perhaps you may need to consider hosting your site and theme elsewhere?
