I want to upload atahualpa theme from cuteftp but cant access the site

  Every time I tried to access the site from cuteftp to upload atahualpa theme but access failed.

  I’m afraid custom themes can’t be uploaded to WordPress.com. That’s a feature of self-hosted blogs through WordPress.org:
