Which is the problem for upload the plug-in? I have the plug-in installed in those sites and working well (http://www.industriaminera.cl and http://www.pasillodigital.com)

Your site is is a wordpress.COM hosted blog. It is not a wordpress.ORG software install so you cannot upload and run the Yoast SEO plugin or any other blogger installed plugins on it.WordPress.com hosted blogs are optimized for Search engines. Please read:
