I want to use a domain I still own

  I opened an account back in Feb and thru WordPress​ and then canceled​, I still own the domain address and want to start using it and have no idea how to restart it again, it says: ‘Newly-registered domains are not eligible for transfer. was registered 34 days ago, and can be transferred starting April 3, 2019.’ Is there a way I can pay the fee and have it restarted again since everything was bought thru WordPress​? I would like to start using it as soon as possible, but I’m stuck here
