  Hi,

  There is a free theme on wordpress.org that want to use on wordpress.com under my wordpress blog https://varunnaharia.wordpress.com, Theme name that I want to use is MyResume By warmarks and here is the link for the same https://wordpress.org/themes/myresume/ can you please help how I can to use this theme in wordpress.com

  WordPress doesn’t not support uploading of custom WordPress themes to their service. This is only available in self-hosted version(WordPress.org).

  but here https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/ mentioned that you can request to add new theme

  That link explains that you can upload custom themes if you upgrade to the WordPress.com Business plan.

  As a Business plan user you can also upload your own custom theme to your blog via the Appearance feature.
