I want to use an ElegantTheme site which they say is designed for wordpress HELP

  Hi,
  I started to create a blog a couple of years ago and decided to use blogger instead for my blog and a Bludomain site for my professional website. I still have a wordpress account which is how I got here. I now have a new site “theme” from ElegantThemes that I want to upload to wordpress to use as my new website (I think it comes with a blog page but I’ll worry about that a bit later). Where do I upload my new ElegantThemes site on WordPress? It says to go to:

  ” Log in to wp-admin and click the Appearances > Themes tab. Next click the “Install Themes” button and then click the “Upload” link. Click “Choose File” and locate the .ZIP file you just downloaded and click “Install Now.” Once then theme has been uploaded, you can activate it from within the Appearances > Themes tab.” But, I cannot find where it says to install themes currently.

  I’m sorry, but themes can’t be uploaded to WordPress.com. That’s a feature of self-hosted blogs through WordPress.org.

  You may use any of the available themes we have under Appearance > Themes in your dashboard, and you may want to look into purchasing the Custom Design Upgrade to customize one of the themes we offer:
