I want to use the blog name deleted. How can i do this?

  Hi, a blog has been deleted. borioli.wordpress.com – I want use, because “borioli” is my last name. Thank you!

  Deleted blog URLs are not recycled here. Confirm by reading:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/delete-blog/
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/

  You can register another blog with a similar name. http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/

  Or you can register a domain vis a domain mapping upgrade and it will not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is.
