I want to use the Classic Editor, I don’t want to be forced to use Gutenberg

  Please sack whoever still thinks Gutenberg is a good idea. Gutenberg is not a good idea. That hordes of WordPress.com users disdain Gutenberg and won’t use it should tell you whatever you think is good about Gutenberg actually isn’t. WordPress was created to make it easy and intuitive to create great-looking websites, not to be the instrument of some clever-clog fascist trying to tell us how we should be doing things. You are undoing all the good you have done by saddling us with this worthless engine. Please stop!

  To restore the Classic Editor, follow the steps under “Will I still be able to use the old editor?” at https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/#frequently-asked-questions

  We do recommend the new editor though, and we have some extensive documentation available at https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/
