The only advertising program at WordPress.com is called WordAds and it’s for blogs on their own domains, that have enough traffic to be accepted into the WordAds program.

Thanks for anwering. I have some more questions.
1.
I just opened my blog and this month I had around 500.000 visits. Is that enough right?2.
So I have to purchase the premium plan, ok. Then apply in the WordAds page… When do I get to upload the Ads? Can I control them from the Control Panel?3.
Do I need a .com domain instead of a .wordpress.com or just the premium plan? Thanks.
