  Our website if for a non-profit organization that saves homes from foreclosure. Our renewal fees were automatically charged to a credit card without prior notification. When I tried to disable automatic renewal, it says that features are set to expire. We want to continue our service, but can not be charged without being notified. Can you send us a bill in advance? Or will we receive notifications that services will expire if we disable automatic renewal?

  Hi,

  If you disable automatic renewals, you’ll get a series of reminder messages before the expiration date to remind you to visit your upgrades page (at https://homesteadcs.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades ) and renew manually.

  Would you like me to cancel the auto-renewal for you?

  Thanks! I disabled autorenew on everything. I wanted to make sure that it wouldn’t ‘autocancel’. :-)
