  Hi there,

  You can change the language of your blog in two places. Both are in your account’s Dashboard.

  The first is under Settings >> General. Scroll to the bottom and select the language which your blog will be written in and click the save button.

  Next go to Users >> Personal Settings and about half way down you will see a section for the Interface Language. There you can change the language that the actual blog interface is in. Change that and again click save.

  There you go! You’re all set!
