I wanted to create a registration page with paypal payment

  Registration form + paypal payment should confirm in same page.Please suggest if any plugin is there to do this.

  Could you please let us know some more details about what you’re trying to achieve? Also, what’s the address of the site you’re working on?

  To sell items/services via PayPal, you can use the Simple Payments block:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/wordpress-editor/blocks/simple-payments-block/

  However, if you’re thinking about a site where the user needs to sign up and pay before being able to proceed, you’ll want to upgrade to Business and find a plugin that suits your needs.
  To find suggestions for plugins, I’d recommend posting to these forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ as here most of the users are on a free plan and do not use plugins on their sites.
