Hi,
On WordPress.com, users don’t have an option to install plugins. WordPress.com itself provides facilities of some selected plugins as integrated features. And users can also request WordPress.com to add more plugin’s facilities.
The self-hosted (WordPress.org) sites support plugin installation. See details here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/
Here is a list of plugins (integrated as features) on WordPress.com:
Google integration
Akismet anti-spam
Site stats (our version of Google Analytics)
Galleries and carousel slideshows
Social Media buttons to share content on Facebook, Twitter and other services
Webmaster Tools
Import and Export functionality
Built-in security
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Likes
Facebook Integration
Contact forms
Flickr widget
Tag Cloud
Music players and podcasting
Eventbrite widget
Follow button
Twitter Timeline
Upcoming Events via a Google Calendar

Please read:
http://en.blog.wordpress.com/2013/03/22/seo-on-wordpress-com/
http://dailypost.wordpress.com/2013/04/11/seo-and-your-blog/There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on any free hosted WordPress.com blogs.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/
http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/See here for a full comparison WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org
http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/There is no upgrade you can purchase here that provides FTP access and the ability to install plugins and or any third party themes. If you want FTP access and to install plugins or third party themes into a site then you will have to hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.org install.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums. Read the comparison here http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

Thanks @timethief. I just wanted to list the items. But it appeared like that :(
Another day I tried to use unordered list (ul), but that put bullet before only one list item. So I thought the “li” option would create the normal bullet list (as we do in the WP Text Editor). But the result was that :(

arafatbs – the structure for creating a bullet list is:

list item

list item

list item

-
