I was as adm to 2 blogs and now this new update has joined and I lost the old one

  I was like adm for an old site and a new one, the old I was using a old version and using plugins too, so when the old one have your info changed only the new one is active and now I can’t edit or do anything to the site, the old site is guicellarius.hol.es it was in my another account. I don’t know how get it back and get back to the version that I was using.
