I was billed again

Hello,
I could really use your help, because I’m not sure what to do. I paid for a wordpress website for a travel blog ( backpackqueen) , I think for maybe a year? Anyways, I haven’t used my account for the past 9 months and I think I was automatically billed again for another year. Could you please instruct me how I can remove my website and stop the payments?
I would also really appreciate it if you could refund me for this year as my site has been inactive for months.
