    I paid twice for annual renewal. October 28, 2023, and Nov 20, 2023. Please refund one of these.

    Hi there!

    Your domain was renewed twice (for two years) as a result of two payments. It looks like the first renewal was automatic, but the second one was performed manually by you.

    It’s not possible to issue a refund at this point, more so since you wish to keep the domain. The second payment did not go to waste as the domain was renewed for two years.
