I was billed but don’t have an active subscription

Hi There,
I was billed 15.99 on the 5th of May 2025 but don’t have an active subscription, I was also billed this time last year for this same account to the same credit card and cancelled all subscriptions then yet I have still been billed exactly a year later with no billing history or active subscriptions showing on my account.
Can I please be assisted with this.
