I was billed but don’t have an active subscription

    Hi There,

    I was billed 15.99 on the 5th of May 2025 but don’t have an active subscription, I was also billed this time last year for this same account to the same credit card and cancelled all subscriptions then yet I have still been billed exactly a year later with no billing history or active subscriptions showing on my account.

    Can I please be assisted with this.

    Can you either contact us from the respective WordPress.com account email address, or can you share the transaction ID (via email at help@wordpress.com) so that we can complete the verification and track the transaction for you? This will help us help you further.
