I was billed for a domain that I haven’t used in years

    Hi,
    I have my current domains with this account, which I do not want to change. However, I just received a bill from my PayPal account for domains I haven’t used in YEARS! I haven’t worked at that school for at least two years, so I can’t send a forgot password, because I no longer have access to that email…since I don’t work there!

    I tried all the username and password combinations that I though would work. I read your documentation on the person responsible for the domains has to be the one to cancel it, but I find myself in a conundrum since I don’t have access to that email anymore! I am also afraid that there are a few more domains for the school that I am also paying for annually that are not my responsibility anymore.

    One of the domains I just got billed for is a WordPress.com Premium and the other is a Domain Registration. My payment posted on November 4, 2022 at 3:13:21 AM PDT and
    I have been trying to get logged in so I can cancel this account, but I do not know what else to try?
