I was billed for a "premium" account but I canceled

  I was researching building a new site but quickly learned I have no idea what I’m doing. During my research I signed up for a free trial of wp. I thought I canceled the trial but I was still billed $99. Is there any way for me to get a refund?

  I look a look at your account and it appears as if you’ve gotten some assistance to cancel and refund the $99 Premium upgrade.
