I was billed on my credit card but the domain was not registered. My page kept showing as 'free

  I am having a billing issue. I applied for premium but my site kept showing as ‘free’ plan with a ‘wordpress’ address. I managed to cancel my subscription to try again. My cart on wordpress shows no receipt but the amount was taken from my credit card. I need to reset the whole thing. As soon as the amount is refunded I’ll start building the site. Thank you.
