Hi @sarahsoulshine, it looks like you somehow purchased the upgrade then renewed it right away through 2018. I’ve removed that extra renewal and refunded $99. Cheers!

My business has paid you twice for our $99 service. You billed my office credit card and another one by our university. You took another $99 from that card. You did not credit that billing to our account. We want a refund on the second payment. Thanks! -
