Hi, I was subscribing to the premium account ($99), but I didn
t finished the transaction. I received a message on my cell phone a few minutes latter telling me that R$ 352,80 was billed on my credit card (final four numbers: 6431). I want the refund because I didnt finished the transaction and my wordpress is still the ‘free version’.Oi, eu estava me inscrevendo para a conta premium ($99), mas eu não terminei a transação. Eu recebi, alguns minutos depois, uma mensagem no meu celular dizendo que havia sido creditado o valor de R$ 352,80 do site wordpress (números finais do cartão 6431). Eu quero ser ressarcida, pois além de eu não ter finalizado a transação, minha conta continua versão free.

Yes, I tried. It didn’t found the transaction. I’ll check my credit card statement to confirm the charge and then get in touch with wordpress again.
