  Hello There,

  I was charged USD 13,00 in my CC numbered [removed by staff]. I am not interested in the deal and would like to waive it from my billing statement. Could I have a hand?

  Howdy!

  There was a refund processed on 10/6/16 for this $13 charge. Refunds take up to 7 business days to post back into the account that the charge came from.

  Please let me know if you have not received this refund after 7 business days.

  In the situation where you’ve accidentally posted some personal details, the best thing to do is to ‘modlook’ the thread. This notifies staff that you’re in need of our help and we can remove the personal details for you.
