  I was charged $118 for a renewal that i did not ask for. I had purchased a one year term only.

  Hi there!

  All subscriptions will automatically renew after one year unless you disable the auto-renewal.
  From what I can see, you are past the refund window (it’s 14 days for plans and 72h for domains), so we won’t be able to issue any refund even if you canceled the plan. You can, however, disable the auto-renewal to make sure the subscription is not renewed next year:
