I was charged $13 for some reason, and I want it refunded.

  I see a charge on my bank account from wordpress.com. WTF? I used to have a paid account on WordPress.org, but I deleted it (WP.org now no longer even recognizes my email address). I have no idea how WP.com has any access to my bank cards or account, but I see a $13 charge, dated 10/17/13. I have no paid hosting or domains that I no of. And, like I said, I don’t even know how WP.com would have the *ability* to charge me, given that they shouldn’t even have my bank info.

  I need to know what’s going on, and I need to know how to fr*cking contact someone who has the ability to refund this money and delete my information from their records.
