I was charged $141.75 and then locked out of my account

    WordPress has recently charged me $141.75 and then subsequently locked me out of my account. After receiving countless emails saying I should renew my website which I no longer use, they charged me anyways. Within the emails it said please ignore if you do not want to renew, and nowhere in there did it mention auto-renew. I am furious and would like a refund.

    The charge might have been made under a different WordPress.com account or that a different provider with a similar name charged you. Could you please get the Transaction ID as it is shown in this guide and email it to us at help@wordpress.com?

    If the charge was not authorized by you, we’ll fix that and refund it as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
