I was charged 24.00 on March 16th for no reason, pls refund

    Hi,

    I was browsing my bank statement and I have a 24$ purchase from wordpress on March 16th. I ordered no products from wordpress. Can you please look into this and refund me? Otherwise I will begin the dispute process.

    Hi Jonathan, I don’t see a charge on this account. Can you can use the secure form at https://wpchrg.com to look up the payment and find out what it was for?

    Once you’ve located the charge, you should be able to contact billing directly so they can help with a refund. If not, please update us here and let us know the name of the site associated with the charge.
