I was charged $30 for custom things I never downloaded

  I was charged $30 for custom layouts or something of that nature when I only downloaded the free templates from WordPress. How can I go about getting a refund for this?

  Go to the dashboard My Upgrades page and click to refund.

  In my Dashboard all I have is “home” and “updates”

  I use Godaddy if that helps at all.
