I was charged $48 on my AMEX card on Mar 4, 22 but account is disabled.
$48.00
Below is the details on my AMEX statement:
$48 Will appear on your Apr 3 statement as WORDPRESS[redacted by staff]FRANCISCO CAWP.com: Yes
Correct account: Unknown -

Thanks for sharing that transaction ID. Unfortunately, it did not yield any results. Was this purchase for WordPress.com?
Could you please confirm the URL of the site that the upgrade applied to?
I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.
If you do not have access to that second account, here are a few options:
