I WAS CHARGED $70 and want it reverse immediately before I cancel my cards

    The following appeared on my statement on March 23. I do not use this site. Before I cancel my card, can you please tell me why I was charged 70 dollars and can you please tell me how you have my card to begin with?

    NEVER post sensitive information as a transaction ID on a public forum! I’ve asked to remove this asap.

    Good Morning –

    That charge came from a different account than the one that you’ve used to contact us.

    It was for a personal plan and domain registration of runningonempty.blog.

    I will be glad to cancel that and issue a refund. Do not cancel your card as then we can’t get a refund to you. It will take about ten days for the funds to reach you.

    Please confirm that you have no plans to use runningonempty.blog again in the future. Once we canceled it can be impossible to regain ownership of it again. Write back here to let me know and then we will get this sorted. Stay well :)
