  i was charged again for a subscription i canceled, but I can’t contact a human support because I don’t have a paid subscription anymore.

  I have checked your account and see that you had recently been charged for the renewal of the domain 29 September 2024, which was cancelled on 30 September 2024 and issued a refund.

  I do not see any other charges after that in your WordPress.com account.
