Thanks! I can see that there was a refund processed today, July 31st for the $99 renewal. Typically it takes about ten days for the funds to reach you.
Before we wrap things up I want to make sure that you have absolutely no plans on using that domain again in the future? Once it’s cancelled it can be impossible to regain ownership of it.
If you are certain that you don’t want to use the domain again just let me know and I’ll push through the cancellation process on it.
