I’m in Brazil and I’ve just saw in my credit card that I’ve been charged US 99,00, but I’m not using WordPress for a long time, so I didn’t signed up for a upgrade. If you have a portuguese support that can help me solve this problem I’ll be grateful.

You might have left the Auto Renew option enabled
Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades >> Disable Auto-Renew
I have also flagged this for the staff to help you

Have you gone to your UPgrades page and clicked the Refund button? Sounds like you had auto-renew enabled.
