I was charged even after cancelling my plan last year

  • Unknown's avatar

I cancelled my WordPress plan last year and I was still charged this year for renewal price of $115. I did not receive any renewal notices from WordPress and the charge came as a complete surprise to me. I was not aware of anything else that I had to do. I would like this charge to be reversed and to make sure that everything is cancelled properly on your end. I do not have the desire to continue using WordPress, nor did I plan on continuing to use it prior to the latest charge. If there is anything else you need me to do on my end please let me know. I would just like to have this taken care of.
