I was charged for services I am not using!!

  I was charged an annual fee of $99 for services that I am not using and did not approve any renewal!! If I am not contacted in regards to this charge and refunded, I will be contacting my lawyer! I have spent way too much time in the past several days on an issue that should already be rectified!
