I was charged for something I didn’t get receive, I want a refund, it cost me $99 and was billed to my account and I don’t have any special upgrades or anything.
I’m not sure what is going on but I would really like an answer and need help as soon as possible.
I’m not sure if it was charged to an old account that was undergoing a trial, but if that is the case I still want my money back because I didn’t know what I was getting into.

I believe it was the domain upgrade that I was charged for and I have not received the item that was promised.
