    Why is there not a phone number to call when you need help? I have been charged twice for my premium website and need refunded one of those fees. Ugh!

    Normally they have live chat support but since this week till 26 september is their staff holidays, they are not available :(

  • I am not seeing any recent charges on your account. The last charges I see are from July.

    Can you give me a little bit more information about what the specific double charge was?

    I was just balancing my statement and I was charged twice in July $99 once on the 4th and once on the 5th.

  • So, I’m afraid you were not double charged. The situation is that you have purchased two different WordPress.com Premium upgrades for two different sites, and I wonder if you made one of those purchases by accident.

    You have Purchased WordPress.com Premium for:

    sherribethjohnson.wordpress.com (which has both sherribethjohnson.com and sherribethjohnson.net pointing to it)

    and

    sherribethjohnsondotcom.wordpress.com

    sherribethjohnsondotcom.wordpress.com appears to be an empty site.

    Oh, I guess somehow I did. I only need one. How would I cancel the other and receive a refund?

  • Given that is it well past the 30 day refund window, and this was not an error on our end, I cannot refund the purchase.

    However, as you obviously have not used the purchase, I can credit your account so that you will not need to pay for next year’s Premium renewal on the site you DO use.

    Will that work for you?

    I’ve removed the Premium Plan on your second blog and added its value in credits to your account.

    Please note that credits can’t be used for automatic renewal, so you’ll need to renew the plan manually, before 7 June next year to use the credits (7 June is when the automatic renewal will go through, a month before the plan on that site expires).
