I was charged via Paypal to upgrade to a plan, but the upgrade hasn't happened

It looks like I can only get customer support once an upgrade takes effect, but even though I paid for the upgrade, I’m still on the ‘free’ plan. How can I reach WordPress to fix this?

Hi there, do you see the upgrade on your purchases page? https://wordpress.com/me/purchases If not, is it possible you were logged in with a different username account when you made the purchase?

Thanks for the reply. I suspect it was the Automattic service WordPress uses jumping the gun, charging my Paypal account without WordPress having registered the upgrade. Hopefully I’ll hear back from either WordPress or Automattic soon.

If you made the purchase through another WordPress.com account, please log-in into that account.
