I was charged, want a refund and can´t log into the account that was charged

    So wordpress charged me (i have the transaction id from the bank) for services for an old account that I thought I had terminated. When i try to log back into the account (that now i suppose is not cancelled), it´s not possible. Two reasons: I don´t have the e-mail that i´ve created the account with (service was discontinued) and don´t know the blogs url to put into the ‘account recovery’ form (that one that you can use a transaction id and a new e-mail to get back access to your account).

    So what can i do?? I don´t use the service anymore, and was pretty sure it was cancelled, so this billing came as a big surprise and i would like to tell wordpress that i want a refund. However if i cant log into the account, how could i do that? Is there any e-mail or another channel through which I could contact them and get help?

    important: the account i am talking about above is not the same that i am posting this thread with. I had another, of course, that i still have access and that i am using to look for support.
